I guess that is the benefit of going with a community bank versus a large chain bank - to them you are no one. But when I walk through the door at Provident on Smith Rd in Parsippany, I know everyone. They are all so friendly, especially Robert & Justin. We have personal and business accounts so there are many times when I need copies of checks or financial statements for creditors and these guys get it done! I would highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for a great bank with great service!
