- IIigorNov 28, 20201.0No care for potential customers. I visited the branch on a thursday to open a business account and spoke to manager Abdu Greenidge. He took initial information and scheduled an appointment to see me on a sunday. I arrived on time and the branch was closed. Myself and other customers waited outside in the cold and no one was inside or showed up. Absolutely no regards to promises made or keeping appointments. Complete waste of my time. Adbu had both my phone and email and could have chosen to inform me that he will not be on site at any point but instead he decided to let me stay outside in the cold.

I sat there for 35 minutes waiting and once I heard one of the workers there on the phone talking about what they are wearing I got up and left. These people don't give a sh*t about your time.
