- JFJ FeDec 27, 20251.0Absolutely the WORST bank I have ever encountered. My elderly mother has been banking with them for YEARS. They decided that my 83 year old Mother is unfit to withdraw any money or use her debit card because she has dementia. My mother left the bank in TEARS. Not only does she not have money, she can not give gifts to her children on Christmas! This bank is an evil corporation that steals money from innocent customers. I have notified News channel 7, they will be doing a “7 on your side investigation” DO NOT bank here, you will regret it! My 83 year old mother is regretting as you read this! Update: Wells Fargo did absolutely NOTHING to remedy the situation. Any response that you read here is automated and useless. They seriously do not care about their customers. They only care about the money. We have consulted an attorney and will be suing them.

I sat there for 35 minutes waiting and once I heard one of the workers there on the phone talking about what they are wearing I got up and left. These people don't give a sh*t about your time.
