  I had such a great experience at the Valley Bank branch in Paramus. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to go to a bank where you feel welcomed and not rushed. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping me. I would absolutely recommend this branch to anyone looking for great customer service and a positive banking experience.

  How Convenient is to find a bank where everyone is kind and helpful, and the most important that they have bilingual people that create your experience unforgettable! This is the reason why I moved my account to Valley! The Paramus office is convenient and the staff always go above and beyond my expectations; Julie, the manager is the best!

  I am very greatful with the professionalism of the staff at this location. I was contacted by the manager regarding fraud on my account; thanks to their due diligence, I was able to avoid the fraudulent transaction going thru. Every time I visit this office I am welcomed with a big smile, they treat me like family. I can just say thank you.

  Julieth (and her staff) are the best. She is attentive and goes out of her way to help. One would think that I am a major customer of the bank, when, in fact, i have only a few small accounts. but it makes no difference to Julieth. She gives me her all, and with a smile.
