  Great team at the bank, awful fraud prevention system. My card has declined several times and there is no text message system to verify the purchase was intended like with Capital One or Chase. How embarrassing that I was at a spa and couldn't get in touch with fraud prevention for over an hour. My friend had to come and pay for me. I am so disappointed in Citi as a company. And the card keeps declining despite me calling and customer service saying it won't happen again. I'm moving all my money to chase and getting rid of this stupid bank that has embarrassed me and my family at restaurants and at my gym because it declines. Customer service takes HOURS! Disgusting.

  These idiots should get ZERO stars. I literally called and asked if I could come there and have something done and IF IT WAS WORKING BECAUSE I HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE. I was told yes, it’s working. And now I’m literally sitting here being told it doesn’t work in my face. Right this minute. By this EXACT branch I called beforehand.
