    Extremely disappointing experience at this Wells Fargo branch. I came in twice to open a business checking account for my new LLC. The first visit, I was told no one there was trained to open business accounts — which was surprising. When I returned two weeks later, the specialist was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping. He kept interrupting me and asking unnecessary questions instead of assisting. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I immediately went to another Wells Fargo branch and was completed helped within 30 minutes — the Oakhurst branches staff was professional, efficient, and courteous. The Ocean branch needs serious improvement in customer service and professionalism.

    This is not a rating of "this branch." It's about Wells Fargo "customer service & claims." via telephone. Never in my life have I been put through such unprofessional deception by any bank, but Wells Fargo & why I have my savings account at another bank. I unfortunately have to use a checking account here to help my father, who is old & doesn't know how to use online stuff he's now being forced to. So I assist him with mobile deposits, mailing info & anything computer related. In 45yrs, I never had any fraudulent charges at any bank. But just this year & only Wells Fargo, I've had to put in 6 claims where 5 i was blatantly lied to, but just how unprofessional they were was unbelievable. All calls are recorded. 1st one was in November, where I had a charge of $1,150 that was supposed to only be $150. A computer decided I was at fault when I was 100% not & had proff. Just recently, someone added a $50 tip on a bill I contacted bar an employee that did this was fired for doing this many times & still Wells Fargo didn't give me my credit because I didn't have the receipt! It was only $30 but charged $80. Then, even google has been charging me $19.99 a month plus $9.99, but was linked to an old email i can't access. So, via email, google said they were wrong, yet Wells Fargo sent me a letter stating that Google has permission to!? I even had to change my entire account, costing me a loss of aprox. $500. Then Geico, who also said they had incorrectly charged me $1,200, was supposed to get that credited & it wasn't. Then, just the other night, I deposited $400 in cash into an ATM, but only $100 was credited. The machine showed 4 $100 bills on the screen but said it couldn't receive or return my items, plus it took my card. It was late so I had to call them & WOW when I say this is ridiculous would be putting it poliety. I asked if I could get my card at the bank in the morning they told me no, "all cards are immediately shredded," so I had to put in a claims & now wait 10 days with no card & again the wrong balance causing extreme frustration! Then the bank was nice enough to call me to say, "They have my card," but "customer service claims" after telling me incorrect info talking to 4 different representatives waiting on hold for hours while 1 was so rude I was in shock. All had a different story & my notes were all different & incorrect. I honestly have gotten so frustrated with this bank that Im writing this novel, lol Now, knowing 90% of their claims are handled by a computer, but if it's over a certain amount, a human being is "supposed to." Yet again, I was given false information about that. And caught them in several lies. Now they are victim shaming me on a level thats truly beyond frustrating & have never felt this upset with a bank not knowing what to do. Now I see why they don't allow you to rate their customer service & only their branches. Because I am not alone in this as I thought I was losing my mind! Thankfully, I saw thousands of complaints on reddit & many others on other social media platforms. Im now out close to $3,000 in a few months as I feel they know they can just continue doing "whatever they want" without any rhyme or reason. But they do what they do to cover up their mistakes & just take 0 accountability. Sad & a shame!!!
