- GJGeorge Fears JrDec 23, 20251.0If could leave zero stars I would. This branch has the absolute worst customer service out of any TD Bank I have been too. Everytime I go there are extremely long wait times to get anything done. It is absolutely ridiculous that they do not have the staff to handle business efficiently and effectively. It was a complete waste of my time to even go there. I am seriously considering switching banks because of this now.

- TTTheAntHillApr 10, 20202.0Td bank only has one thing going for them and thats banking hours. Their fees, policies, and customer service are horrible. I was told wrong account information twice and its ended up costing me money i didnt have and then charging me for have a balance under where i should have been. Thats means a person struggling paycheck to paycheck, then had to be charged $50 when i didnt have $100 alll because they said my credit statement was oke period when it was a week off completely. Finding a new bank asap and never using them, especially their credit cards which offer jack compared to others.

But then after a while she started talking English and she said she was bad at talking Spanish . But mind you she was talking Spanish very well so maybe she didn’t really know how to talk or she just didn’t wanted to help the person. Also she started getting a little bit rude.

Buska started talking to me rude and in unprofessional manner , not even trying to understand my problem Maria M. Buska blamed me for my issue that i'm having with my TD BANK account before she even pulled up my information on her computer , after a few minutes of the awful treatment from Maria M. Buska I just had to leave a bank offended and with problem unsolved as well as feeling TERRIBLE, even thought I was a loyal customer of this bank for over 8 Years. The behavior that was showed by Maria M. Buska is ABSOLUTELY ANACCEPTABLE!!!! I was never treated that way anywhere else EVER!
