  If you truly value the safety of your money, go to Walmart and buy a piggy bank, or hide it under your mattress before you let these idiots hold it. Why I am putting this a a review of the branch, this bank was not this bad in Florida. There really is something wrong with Thing Bank. It seems they have different rules for different people. At my job, there is one other person with wells fargo as their bank. She gets her pay on Thursday at 9pm. I get my money as soon as payroll is submitted. I have been paid as early as Tuesday and as late as Friday morning. Some people are probably thinking great, we'll I have worked for the same place for a year and a half and I don't know the actual pay day because I have never gotten my pay the same day, 2 weeks consecutively. Now I understand wf advertised that direct deposits are available instantly, and thats why I get it at random times, however my co worker has been with this bank longer then me and she still gets hers Thursday at 9 and I'll had my check since wed. The other thing that has become a problem recently and is the reason I'm switching banks is that you have no control over your account or your money. So you have an option to turn your debit card off or on. Now, it specifically will tell you that certain recurring charges will go through or any that is debited directly from your account. That is 100 percent a lie. Any charges will go through. The only way it won't work is to try to use your card in person. This wouldn't be a big deal, however wells fargo will allow your account to be continuously overdrawn. If you needed 10 bucks worth of gas in an emergency, it wouldn't work, but Hulu gets to take their money. This is ridiculous. I do a good job at keeping money in my account, but thimgs happen, and this bank dosen't help when they allow this to happen, when the closest atm or bank is a 45 min drive. I've run into a problem on Sunday and have had to drive thst 45 min drive 3 days in a row to deposit money because every day they would allow my account to be overdrawn. This goes on to explain something that to this day blows my mind. I had an issue where I was continuously being charged for hbo, but they were unable to locate my account. In the past year and a half, they have been 4 different streaming apps. Somehow I hot lost in the shuffle and kept getting charged. So I had to dispute it for 3 months. Now the one thing this bank does well is they get you your money back if you have been wronged. When you dispute a charge, they put a block so they can't charge you again. Well, it kept going through, and o well, it happens. The part that broke my head was the 4th time they issued me a new debit card. So, wf has this handy thimg where when you get a new card due to fraud, they change your auto payments over for you. They issued me a new card and then literally sent it to hbo and allowed them to charge me for another 2 months before it was resolved. Quite frankly, it seems like they just make this up as they go along. There is a reason this bank is voted as ome of the worst to do busines with and it's true. My father has been a member, just as long and he has the same experiences that I've had. Stay away
