  Toya at the front counter has a very stank attitude. She sits up front and acts nasty she picked the right one today. I don't play with kids I cussed her all the way out l.The manager came out and said how great Toya was.I said maybe to the older population but Toya clearly is a hater and treats everyone else bad. The manager clearly has no idea what goes on in her establishment look at the reviews you can clearly see how nasty Toya is.Toya should quit if she hates her job.

  Linda is a Five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 associate! She knew & navigated the app well. All of my questions were answered efficiently. This TD associate was knowledgeable, informative, very kind & patient. Went over and beyond by staying with me through the steps as I opened a new account. Showed very much appreciated understanding that put me on a better path towards my financial goals.   Bad service, bad customer service. I was charged with a maintenance fee of $14 a month for going under the minimum balance. I spoke with a woman named Tiffany and i said I would file a complaint and she was rude enough to say "go right ahead". The charge has been going on for 5 months even though I had the minimum balance available. Just totally poor customer service.

  TDB at this specific Location screwed up twice with last 2 deposits. I went in person inside with with another check payable to me also a TDB account. Teller asked me for my drivers' license which I had no problem but I wasn't getting cash back. I then asked if It could be made available immediately since it was a TDB to deposit into my TDB - she had to get manager to authorizxe same of however he did but after being pushed aside and manager goes in back - It was 12 minutes - they were nice apologized so I thought all was good. Until the following day, I went to store and it debit card was declined. I called the bank and of course waited as I was humiliated in public - George gets on the phone and was extremely STUPID - asked me for my account no. told him i had a debit card and didn't have acct. no after explaining the situation - he rudely interrupts me "M'am I'm trying to help you ' as I guess he was annoyed waiting for me to find my card. Also the first time, I went in person after they screwed up this way - he forgot to give me my driver's license back - my fault for not noticing - and believe it or not, he would have forgotten again i I didn't notice yesterday - pardon my rudeness - but IDIOTS
