  I have been a customer of Valley Bank for just a couple of years now and my experience with this local branch has consistently been excellent. The atmosphere is always professional yet welcoming, and they genuinely make my banking a pleasant experience. The most outstanding element is the customer service by all the tellers and managers. I run and operate my own small local business. This is no easy task and demands a lot of attention and detail in the banking industry. Rex and Rahmi consistently serve me and help my business maintain a successful operation. With sometimes just on short notice they manage a way to fulfill my needs. Everyone at this branch is a pleasure to work with and I appreciate all that they do for me. If you’re looking for a bank where you feel like a valued client rather than just an account number, I highly recommend visiting this Valley Bank branch.

  Who's in charge here? Went in around 2:00 yesterday to make a deposit....one male teller, one drive through customer. Waited 5 min., nó one else in the bank. A second man came out from the back, said "hello", & walked out the front door. The lone teller looked over his shoulder & said "I'll be with you..." Another 5 min., and 3 apologies from the lone teller, still with the same drive through customer. I asked where everyone was, he said "they're all in the vault". 10 minutes & I'm still waiting; finally just walked out. As I did, the 2nd man who had walked outside to the post office passed me as he returned. Who's in charge of this place⁉️
