  I was in this branch to get a cashier's check for a large amount of money this morning. Although the cashier was very nice and helpful, the employees including a manager named Frank were having a very loud personal conversation right behind us. this made it very difficult for me to hear the lovely cashier who was assisting me. It made caused me to be distracted unable to make decisions. I work in a retail environment and I can tell you that would never happen. We are held to a very high standard of customer service. This is unprofessional at the very least.

  I have been banking with Lakeland bank since '78 never had any issues the staff has been very helpful a few times I needed financial advice Nancy or Susan were gracious enough to help me make the right decisions.

  The Newfoundland office is great. The Milton office, not so great. Also, what happened to being open later on Thursday and Friday and earlier on Saturday? Used to be open at the drive through til 6 pm, now its 4 pm and open at 830 am now 9 am. If you need to cash a check or make a deposit after work, you're out of luck. I don't use and never will use an ATM or Debit Card. Wake up Lakeland Senior Staff! Not everyone has banker's hours!
