When I return from vacation, I will be going in to close my account. I will never deal with this bank again.

The customer service and professionalism was outstanding! So many banks are refusing to cash in bonds, or requiring you have an account for 12 months before cashing them in. I was able to open an account and cash them in on the same day! It was a tedious task, but with Mohamed's help, it was accomplished in a couple of hours! I'm a happy customer
