  I only use this bank because of the remarkable customer service of the tellers. Even though other branches are closer since I moved I can’t imagine using another branch, will continue to go to this branch as long as Ms. Tucci and the current tellers work there.

  We had a fraud case involving my wife's credit card and we were assisted by Ms. Glenda Brown. She was so helpful and guided us on what to do. She was absolutely the BEST and made us feel so much better! She was so patient and helpful and would recommend her highly.

  Great Customer Service, tellers are very pleasant, fast service inside and while using the drive through. Unlimited parking unlike other banks where people have to wait for a parking spot. Jenny Sye is amazing, patient and very professional. Definitely my new favorite Valley..
