  This is the worst bank ever. The employees are all idiots that don't know how to do the simplest thing, and the manager lets it slide for all the wrong reasons. This time we simply went to transfer some money from my dad's savings to my checking to pay a large bill. Waited at the drive through for 15mins. Finally got an employee. Asked at the beginning for a printout of his balance, and for a savings withdrawal and checking deposit slip. She did the dumb text message thing but I get that that is corporate's rule so I'm not complaining about that part of the experience. Then she asked how much he is withdrawing. He had said to begin with, he needs balance first. So, he told her again that he needs his balance. She asked again 3 times how much, then asked what balance (at this point she only had his acct info, so obviously his account!) then started just reading his balance loudly for everyone around to hear. Finally got her to send the paper through.  But no withdrawal or deposit slips. Then he told her the amount he needed withdrawn (we had to make sure 1st he had enough in there).  He sent his card back over. Asked again for the withdrawal and deposit slips. She sent over the cash, but no slips, then said 'thanks have a nice day' and walked away. We sat another 7mins after pushing the call button until she finally returned. Then finally she sent over the deposit slip and I filled it out and sent the cash back over.  And then sat another 10mins in the 90 degree heat (we had to turn the car off by this point). It should not take over 30mins to do a simple withdrawal and deposit. This wasn't a large transaction at all. Even if it was though, other branches of TD and other banks are not like this. These employees are just incompetent, and also they do not care. Some in the past I have actually witnessed be nasty to customers for no reason at all. Should have gone to the one on Kingsland, but this was the closest branch and the car was having some issues. I don't know what's wrong with TD regional leadership, but they cut Kingsland location hours significantly. Kingsland is great, always on the ball. This is the location that should have the reduced hours, or better yet just be closed.

  I’m not surprised they don’t even care about their reviews. DO NOT accept the TD Cash Card. They don’t tell you it’s $45 month if not paid in full and a $30 late fee. I’m now homeless.

  Every time I go throw the ATM to make a deposit , I can not make deposit because it is away unavailable, this is all the time , this is a problem .

  Terribly slow processes. Courteous staff. Need more people, especially on weekends.
