- ACanna corinnaSep 13, 20251.0I paid 3.50 to use their atm which only gave 20’s and when I went inside there was only one other customer and I asked a teller if they could break the 20 and they said they could not if I did not have an account with them. I just paid 3.50 to get a 20 from their atm - the bank was empty and they could not break a 20? Not cool.

The people at Chase are great, I will say nutley Lakeland had a nice manager but the rest of the bank wasn’t good at all. Old technology and the mobile app didn’t work. Save your time go with Chase :)
