When I first started working with him, Jim walked me through the process of converting a traditional 401K from a previous employer into a Roth IRA. He walked me through his investment selection, giving me a rationale for all investment selections. He was also open to hearing an ideas that I had, and ultimately we landed on a portfolio that we were both comfortable with. We connect on a regular basis to adjust the portfolio as we see fit, as my investment goals change, changing market conditions, etc.
