- FMFernando MontoyaOct 27, 20201.0I’ve been a costumer from Wells Fargo Bank for so many years. I truly believe this is a good bank, but honestly, this is the worst WFB branch I’ve ever been. I tried to make a deposit and the teller treated me as a thief. I still shocked and sad about it. I believe Wells Fargo has good human talent in all places; however, twice I’ve been in this place and the attention has been below poor. I believe in the bank, but I think it’s time to look for different options. I don’t know if your manager has ever tell the employees here that it is the people who bring their money to this place what make it possible to be open. You need your costumers, and the costumers need you too; however, the costumers always have the option to go somewhere else that treat them with respect.
- ZGZahid GSep 20, 20193.0Most of the staff are friendly and very professional with the exception of two or three tellers , these couple tellers are very rude and they rather be talking each other instead of be working even though the line is full, they always have an attitude with customers ,couple times i wanted to made a deposit into my account and they made fill a deposit slip even though i had my debit card with me and it wasn't in the drive through ,before they made changes to personal all the people working there were great ,very professional respectful and with out the long faces when they talk to i spoke to the manager and asked him if i need to fill the deposit slip when i have my debit card and is not the drive through and his answer was not , not need to, that only applies when is in the drive through .
