I arrived around 10 to 1 to find the branch closed with no markings saying they closed at 12. It's also on there door that the branch is open until 2pm. The staff leaving was also extremely rude and nasty. As a customer for many years, it's upsetting. I will never come back to this location, maybe it's where it is in the middle of north bergen but staff should not be rude and nasty. There hours are misproperly posted and I've never been to this location so I don't know. They also blamed covid for closing early which is fine but then wear a mask. Out of the 3 that left 1 was wearing a mask....classy.....
