Their staff are very rude, they impose strict limits on withdrawals, and their operating hours don't match what they advertise online, making it difficult for customers to access their money when needed. On top of that, customers are required to request withdrawals a day in advance, adding unnecessary inconvenience to an already problematic banking experience.
