- CBClaudia Bellino4 days ago1.0Huge waste of time just trying to talk to someone. 2 weeks go by and it wasn't even the right promotion they were trying to route me into. Waited for a phone call for 2 weeks and drove 30 minutes for nothing. Can't even call the bank directly. Awful service.

- ILIvanna LopezJul 2, 20245.0Exceptional service. I came in with two babies under 2 after a incredibly rough morning, and the two women in here literally made my morning better. The women/ bank tellers were so kind and informative, they showed me things about the Wellsfargo app I had no idea. They showed me how to order a replacement card and have it be updated in my tap to pay instantly. They informed me I could use tap to open the door for the bank, this was after one of them talked to my girls while the other helps me with my withdrawal. They were simply kind and very informative but it made my morning exceptionally better.

Theyll make you stand there and wait as 5 people struggle to help one person, or as they file paperwork they can do later, or as they help someone cleaning figure out where cleaning products are. All of that is more important than helping the customer. Ive never once walked in here while being the only customer and just been helped, its always a wait. Hate this place.
