- DNDave NystrandDec 12, 20255.0First I would like to share that I have been with this bank way back when it was Newton Trust , then it became Lakeland Bank and now it is Provident Bank. I also have accounts with other Banks including TD Bank. Valley national Bank and a retirement account with another financial institution. That being said , I have experienced doing business with many bank associates. I must say that I have had the blessing of being very well taken care of by an associate at the Andover new Jersey branch by a wonderful woman Named "Jane". Though all of the associates I have dealt with over my long history with banking associates , This woman is in a class of her own. She`s extremely helpful , very pleasant , she`s very patient with me and my requests or my questions. Jane knows her job and is well versed at taking care of a customers needs and always does it professionally and pleasantly. I have never been more satisfied by " ANY " banking associate than I am with this wonderful person. I cannot say enough great things about her and she is a huge asset to Provident bank and it`s owner ! I want to make it clear I only know her from that Andover New Jersey branch so my review is totally based on the service I receive each and everytime I visit that branch. I would like to close by giving a public thank you to her and to Provident bank for having an employee that stands out and stands above so many others in the "banking industry"
