I explained the urgency of my needs and Jordan jumped right into action. Jordan explored every way he could help me. Didn’t work out as it was Saturday and every department is not available on Saturday. However, he emailed the department so they would see the request Monday morning. Jordan explained his next course of action to me and said he would follow up. First thing Monday morning Jordan called me, updated me, and I had the information I needed before the end of the day!! First Hope Bank has an exemplary, customer service oriented employee in Jordan. Thank you again Jordan!!
