- AKAbdo KLDec 28, 20251.0A very shocking experience. I was trying to open an account in this branch and I was refused that service. Their reason was: my US passport card has 2 numbers. Really it was so funny how they refused. I showed them where it sate the passport card number as everything was issued in English and not in other language and I presented my paycheck and ssn card but still they insisted on refusing. One of the ladies there asked me to bring the passport book and then how she can pronounce my name. I just told her: yeah, my name is as hard to pronounce as the hard work you do. Really, not a place to visit for a bank known for the so many scandals it faced in the last 10 years.
