So, call wells fargo because got a message during the transaction stating some type of fraud may have taken place! Screenshotted it! Wells Fargo customer service asks a few questions and then days that they did not do it!? After hanging try the transaction again and it says some type of error. They try one more ti.e and the transaction goes through! Then get a phone call from wells fargo saying that I should call them to verify my transaction! They are so backwards! Have thousands of dollars in their bank and they are worried about $80. Does wells fargo have fdic insurance, Does wells fargo.vigrously monitor the customer accounts in South orange, Verona, Maplewood, Livingston, etc. if you know what I mean? Won't let pic to be added! Redling customers in 2023?
- HMHelena McPhersonApr 28, 20181.0Terrible experience with Branch Manager Rukaya Rockson Bukari. She makes promises to handle account errors and doesn't follow through. She made my disabled fiance and I come back twice to settle an account error, then complained that we came to the bank too much. She didn't want me to sit next to him as he requested to close his account, and stated that I was influencing him to do so... she actually refused to close his account and said that regulations backed her up. No compassion, nor skills to handle a managerial role. Please remove her!!
