- LLLadyDec 6, 20251.0I recently visited Wells Fargo, and the experience was quite disappointing. The staff did not show a friendly attitude and were not willing to help effectively. I expected more understanding and proactive customer service, but that was not what I received. It's surprising that a bank doesn't focus more on providing better attention to its customers. If you're seeking assistance, I would recommend considering other options.

I don't get paid to detect fraudulent bills when going to a bank u shouldn't feel you have to bring a counterfeit marker with u. The manager.. "zulainie ocasio-maza" was horrible she was worried more about getting ppl out the bank then about wondering why fake bills are in the bank
