- LLLepiJan 6, 20261.0One of the worst bank branches I’ve ever dealt with. On my first visit, they flat-out refused to let me withdraw a lump sum despite me having proper, valid identification. On another visit, I was told they wouldn’t process basic paperwork because they “didn’t like” the document, an absurd and unprofessional excuse. I’m completely fed up with this branch. The staff is inconsistent, obstructive, and clearly not trained to handle routine customer requests. I’m seriously considering closing my account altogether. Wells Fargo, do better, this location is a mess.
