They need proper staffing .. the staff themselves are kind but because i had to wait so long it ruined my experience. Every Wells Fargo I have been to, I have had to wait for too long. I will take my banking elsewhere.

- IGInfluence GetemDec 25, 20171.0The worst Wells Fargo in New Jersey, horrible service, no compassion for any issues no matter how serious or life threatening, they're like badly built robots. You're better off driving for an hour to anywhere else rather than use their facility. They hire young incompetent people who would rather use their phones than look you in your eyes half the time. Their hacking issues are horrific too. They are terribly inconsistent to have as a bank service period, and is a hassle all around regarding their practices. To switch accounts is am absolutely nightmare if, especially if it's one that's used to pay bills with. Don't bother, put your money in damn shoe box, it'll be safer, and less of a hassle to deal with in all aspects.
