  Came into the mulberry branch in Newark NJ and the teller vianni and Dylan refused to help me change my demographics. I was told that my card was locked and I had to sit down and wait for a representative at the desk. I tried to call the 1-800 number to unlock my card but due to my phone number being wrong I was not able to. I worked many years as a teller and I remember being able to change simple demographics with identification which I provided. Furthermore if I didn’t have my debit card how else would they verify me? With my license , which I provided. Both tellers are incompetent at their job and the only person who tried to assist me was the gentleman on the customer service line. You guys are in fact NOT convenient, just giving the customer the run around if we’re being honest!

  I live in Newark and my job is close by the Mulberry st TD bank location and I loooooooooove the carisma and customer service Kiana Almonte has, to the point that when I need something to get done in my account I only like to work with her, there’s has been moments that I have come and because I don’t see her I leave and come another day, do that because came by once because I lost my phone and tried to blocked my account because I have Apple Pay and don’t lock my phone and the lady who took care of me that day was rude and didn’t help me at all even swing how frustrating the situation was for me all the things coming out of her mouth was negative to the point I wanted to cancel the whole service but Kiana is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always available to help in her possibilities. Only keep TD bank service because came back and Kiana convinced me to stay because the bad experience I had do not defined what TD bank is.

  This particular branch is insanely slow but the real reason I'm writing this is complain how greedy TDbank is. In this economy, they are charging a $15 per month fee if your balance goes under $100...except...as of Jan4, now that minimum is $250, an even more unreasonable amount. They used to be the 'nice' bank. I predict an exodus of customers just like Bank of America experienced after the $5 debit fee a decade ago.
