- CRCarly Reyes3 days ago5.0Fantastic customer service deserves to be acknowledged and this belongs to D'Yulio as the front desk teller. Smart, thorough, kind, polite and friendly - 5 Stars all around. With TD, I have had 6 awful customer service touchpoints, whether it was via phone or in-person at a different branch (East Rutherford) where each person was trying to give me a runaround with no resolve. Not with D'Yulio - he quickly assessed the causes of technical delays, reassured me that he was trying different solutions, and had a positive tone of voice that let the customer know they come first, not the bank. This experience was a complete turnaround from my prior interactions and I FINALLY received the service I was requesting, complete and resolved. A special note - D'Yulio's excellent approach to problem solving (if plan A didn't work, he had a plan B and C already in mind), this young professional has the potential for corporate positions.

Plus the line is long and only one teller to assist while the other ones are there talking. Most convenient? Yeah right. Time to change banks

Customer service sucks, manager sucks, i’ve waited at the drive-through a couple of times for over 15 minutes and had to walk inside, When I asked about the drive-through, they said it was down, but clearly the light was green and I can see people walking back-and-forth looking straight at me and they just don’t give a shit. I’ve also been there a couple of times to move money around and they clearly have no idea what they’re doing, At one point, I had to actually walk the person through it so they can get the job done. I go to other TD Bank’s to do far more complicated things and I’m in and out in minutes.
