  I visited the branch on Frelinghuysen Ave last week. I walked into a pleasant environment and was made to feel welcomed. The staff was great and professional. I could not reach the customer service number, so I had to travel to the branch. Ms. Williams answered all my questions and took her time to ensure I understood the charges and activity on my account. The only concern I had was the lack of privacy. I didn't feel comfortable discussing my personal affairs because everyone seemed to hear me due to the echoing in the bank. Wonderful Service!

  My mother and I came here Saturday July 29th at 12:55 and my mom got quite possibly one of the rudest, most disrespectful, and unprofessional bank tellers she has had the displeasure of interacting with in her 58 years. The young lady with the unkempt small bun whose name we did not catch was so awfully rude and condescending we were not even able to conduct business in the manner intended due to the hostile environment. She did not greet us, had the most unpleasant tone, and practically THREW the receipt at my mother. Please train these people better this is such disappointing behavior.
