- BBBrock BrownJul 24, 20251.0SCAM ALERT - I stopped by this kiosk to exchange USD to CAD. I was in need of $2330 CAD which at the time of writing equals $1634 according to current exchange rate. In order to receive the $2330 CAD I was told I needed to give the cashier just over $1950 USD. This is a $300+ fee to convert ~$1500 USD to Canadian. To make things worse, the cashier tells you it will be only a $9 charge to change the money over. Predatory / Scammy company and employees. Unless you’re looking to put $300 in the pocket of a scammer, absolutely do not exchange your money here.
