  This is the only Columbia Bank branch with NO outside ATM access or debit card entry swipe machine for after hour use. It is 2020 what bank does not have that feature? If I wouldve known that I wouldve never opened a business bank account with them, I wouldbe chosen another local bank in downtown Newark. I have been calling and asking for months when are they going to fix the issue so ppl can access after bank hours! Its so frustrating having to drive to Linden when I live in Newark!

  I love my bank, Columbia Banking has made me feel like family. Very attentive, professional and above all you don’t feel like another number, I want to add to date an experience I just had, I was going to an hiring event at the Prudential Center, Newark New Jersey and I the place I was printing my resume at was closed early, something said let me walk in my Branch Bank , I was talking to the teller about where I could possibly get my print out she said the local library maybe but the Branch Mananger Ivetliz “Eve” Army overheard my frustration and even though she was helping another client in her office she quickly allowed me to email me my resume to her and printed it out for me, She went ABOVE and BEYOND while still handling two other things in the front , she is whitty thoughtful and shows customer service skills to the highest for. I’m in the business of all types of people and she executed banking because statements and financial security was definitely her priority here. I must say this is what my idea of banking, community ties and detail. Thanks
