- TRTitus RandallDec 15, 20251.0Do not. Do not. Do not go to this branch!! I waited 30 minutes to cash my check that was drawn under Citibank . The lady said she had to call the number on my check to verify (there was no number on the check). After at least 10 minutes, she comes back and says that it wasn’t possible to cash. I asked why, she said because she couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I explained to her that I have the number to payroll for my company and they can verify the check. She said they would have to call themselves with special notes and gave me every other excuse under the book. Long story short I drove 30 minutes to the back to cash my check and waited another 30 minutes inside the actual bank to no avail . I will never do business with his bank. I would give this bank NO STARS if it was possible but one star is the minimum to post a review!!

So I just left and went to TD bank instead where appointments are actually honored unlike this bank/location.

I took my letter in and gave it to the manager. She took my letter and never submitted it on my behalf. Because of her actions, I am unable to receive the money back because too much time time has passed. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism by the manager and staff at this branch. It’s pitiful to think that because of their actions I am the one who loses money. I have no closed all my accounts with Citibank and have no desire to ever bank with them again because of this situation. STAY AWAY FROM CITIBANK ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!!!
