- WWWhitney WatsonMay 18, 20211.0Horrible customer service...no professionalism what so ever the guy at the front was on a personal phone call the entire time of my waiting and then hung up no greeting nor apology for my wait aside from the person in back hearing my entry and also ignored my presence. Keep in mind I spoke highly of the company and was bringing someone to open an account. The potential customer stated he changed his mind and that the customer service alone was awful and didn’t wanna take a chance. I’ve been with AAFCU for over 6 yrs and am contemplating closing my account as well. They need major improvement in the Newark,NJ branch.
