- CACindy AnguloDec 2, 20251.0I have been calling the credit union for over 2 weeks notice one ever returns my call, I always get said the manager will be calling me back and nothing from her either, When I went in person the experience with the teller he speaks Portuguese was great, but the other staff not helpful at all!. I usually don't post reviews but it is needed to up your memeber service I will less likely recommend affinity fue to the lack of customer service

Their rates are high, they have a bunch of hidden fees, and doing the simplest thing here, which would be very simple anywhere else, is very difficult, including linking your debit account and making payments. Also, their people are unprofessional. When they bring you in for a loan, they're nice but afterward, they're kinda weird. This is not a good place.
