The bank teller told us to come back the next day because that wasn’t enough time to open a new account. 😂 Absolutely wild they turned down our business because they didn’t want to stay maybe 10-15 minutes after closing that day. We ended up going to PNC to open our account and a year after opening that acct, I also obtained my car loan through PNC. We were shocked at the Wells Fargo bankers response to come back another day vs just making it work that day…. Especially for a bank that has such a poor reputation already! lol

- WEWalter EndersMay 1, 20201.0As a leading Financial Institution they should be ashamed of themselves closing other branches that have drive thrus and creating such a long line at this store during this pandemic. Someone is thinking with their profit margin in mind instead of the customer. Very disappointing. In addition i was very disturbed to observe the staff not to adhere to any sort of social distancing protocal and one of the employees did not have a face covering, and thought it was funny.
