- ADANDREW DONEGANAug 6, 20251.0Worst bank of all time. I have a car loan that was for x amount of months at x amount of dollars. (Contract loan through Honda) it was over in June. Truist sends me a bill for $820 and no one in customer service, corporate, or a bank branch location can tell me what for. BBB is my next call.

Income tax checks and money orders do not need 2 weeks to clear! It is now May 13. My funds were supposed to be available today. My balance says $0.00. Called customer service. Got someone in India who told me to "wait until monday to see if it shows up". I guess he doesn’t care because it’s not his money. They will need to return this money as I’m closing this account. Worst banking experience ever.
