Having only one banker working which is mad slow and when was my turn I was missing one document I told her to let me grab it and come back she told me I need to be in line again. Extremely rude.

- SYSisira YarlagaddaOct 12, 20251.0Extremely Frustrating Experience – Every Single Visit! This branch has become one of the most inconvenient and poorly managed banks I’ve ever dealt with. Almost every time I visit, I end up waiting 1 to 2 hours in line—which is absolutely ridiculous. Despite having a high volume of customers, they consistently have only one or two bankers working. It’s clear they’re aware of the long queues, yet they’ve made no effort to hire additional staff or improve the situation. Years ago, this branch used to have more bankers available, and service was much smoother. Now, it feels like they’re intentionally understaffed, and customers are left to suffer through the wait. If you value your time, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. The management seriously needs to step up and address this ongoing issue.

Today, one of the ATM machines was broken and someone was fixing it while there was a small line of three people in front of me. Still convenient because there's a lot of restaurants in that area.
