- LLLindaJul 30, 20241.0Went through the drive-thru today to deposit cash. I saw two tellers and I was the only one in line at the drive-thru. It took at least 12 minutes or more to deposit my money. And I noticed a posting that they are closing the drive-thru teller services 8/23 an indicates to go into the lobby from now on. What kind of service is this for customers with mobility issues??. Not nice Wells Fargo! Been a customer since 1974.

One teller but they seem fit to close down drive thru on 8/23 to have you go inside to stand in line. Teller told me Only one teller. Not true- I observed at least three tellers walking around, one eating out of Tupperware container another sitting out of view on chair. One walking back and forward. Time to move on Wells Fargo almost 40 years.
