- TATyisha AdornoJul 26, 20251.0My husband went here today. Teller gave him a hard time asking him verify his online login and last 4 of his account number . He didn’t have that on hand so showed his ID and provided full social security number. Teller refused him a withdrawal and accused him of scamming. Her attitude was disgraceful. She told him to go back to the Pensauken Brand since he opened his account there. Will definitely looking into banking somewhere else

For those who didn't realize it at first, the hours are supposed to be "9:00AM - XX:00PM" (PM not AM). I should have caught on to this typo using basic common sense but just thought "wow what an amazingly convenient, nearly 24hour bank this is!" I choose to believe that I'm not the only one, thus why I wrote the review and suggested the edit 🙃🤦
