  I went to this bank to open a business account. I was directed to the black lady who i was told handles high profile accounts. I sat in front of the lady and she said she has over 15 years experience with wells Fargo. She proceeded to open my account and then said she has no experience opening business accounts. I said to myself "why are you doing it then- and how can you have 15 years experience and not know how to open a business account" she reviewed my paperwork and said my business not registered right. I pulled up other businesses registered in the same manner on the state website and showed her. She looked at it and said that must be something new. Clearly she has never seen a nj certificate of business incorporation. She asked me how much money I wanted to start the account with a tone assuming i have no money to deposit. She continued to fidget around, called someone on the phone and argued with the person while I was just sitting there for over 45 mins. She finally said she had to review my paperwork and call me back within 24 hours. It's been a week and never heard back from her. Poor customer service like I've never seen before. I went to Td bank right after I left and had my business account opened in less than 20mins with debit cards issued. 1 high deposit account loss to wells Fargo.

  Sat in the bank for 1 hour and 15 minutes while the Bank Teller was on the phone with their corporate office trying to close my account. The teller spoke very rough English and it was obvious the people at their corporate center were passing her along to the next person because they couldn't understand a word she was saying. I eventually left, called the corporate office myself and was done in under 5 minutes. I'll never open another Wells Fargo account again.
