- SSseanmmcsherryDec 17, 20251.0TD Bank does not support active duty service members. It will also cost my family to continue to my wife’s account with TD Bank. A TD bank representative informed my wife she needs to travel to the nearest TD bank to transfer her CD to a checking account. We live in the Midwest, and the closest bank is along the east coast. She wants to close her account now. She will need to travel to the east coast. This will be a $500-$1,000 cost and loss of vacation days to me to continue child care. I would like a TD Bank representative, who has the authority to rectify this situation, to contact me or my wife to arrange a virtual appointment or meeting by phone. The purpose of the meeting is to manage my wife’s account from our remote location. I was able to do this with my east coast based bank which initially stated I needed to travel to a physical branch
- TLThe Business LifeNov 8, 20251.0This negative review is because of Bikiana Cornial, the assistant store manager, at 111 Chestnut Ridge Road in Montvale NJ, as well as TD Bank overall experience. TD Bank has been the worst bank I've ever experienced in every way imaginable. Their low review ratings should be enough to tell you not to even consider them as an option for your banking needs. TD Bank is solely company centered, although I feel they weren't always that way in their early stages. I have finally taken all my money out of TD Bank and will never TRUST placing my money in this none customer centered bank again. Goodbye nightmare bank as you've left me with a lasting bad impression. If I could give you 0 Stars as a major negative rating, I would, along with my five thumbs down 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 Therefore, I recommend that you do NOT choose TD BANK as your local bank.
