- TLThe Business LifeNov 8, 20251.0This negative review is because of Bikiana Cornial, the assistant store manager, at 111 Chestnut Ridge Road in Montvale NJ, as well as TD Bank overall experience. TD Bank has been the worst bank I've ever experienced in every way imaginable. Their low review ratings should be enough to tell you not to even consider them as an option for your banking needs. TD Bank is solely company centered, although I feel they weren't always that way in their early stages. I have finally taken all my money out of TD Bank and will never TRUST placing my money in this none customer centered bank again. Goodbye nightmare bank as you've left me with a lasting bad impression. If I could give you 0 Stars as a major negative rating, I would, along with my five thumbs down 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 Therefore, I recommend that you do NOT choose TD BANK as your local bank.

I tried to get a CD there and they made it so difficult that I decided that they did not want my business so I am taking my money to another bank. Over the next few weeks, I will be closing my TD accounts. Long lines, long wait, and far from convenient and friendly. No star rating. I feel ripped off because I had to give them a star to post this rating. Also I called the corporate and they don't care either. Bye-Bye TD

I was on the phone with Jennifer who stated she was a supervisor and after six minutes of answering questions to verify who I was, she still wanted to ask more. Jennifer at 6:06pm on 9-12-19 should never be put on a phone with a customer, very very poor.
