  I bank at six different banks and this is by far, the best of the six. There has been a glitch or two over the years, but they were always resolved. Highly recommended.

  It is always a pleasure at this location. I don’t leave many reviews but I saw their rating as a 3 point something and that does not represent the experience I always have calling or going in. Hopefully this helps get their creds up to a level that is an accurate reflection of the consistent experience I have had over the years.

  I have called this branch for three days now to inquire about fees on my account. Each time I'm told the banker is with another customer and will call me back after they are finished. I have never received a call back from any of bankers as promised. I was eventually able to reach a banker after calling multiple times on a Friday and was told they would not be able to waive the $9 service fee that was accessed to my account while I was travelling. No apologies were offered for the lack of a followup and I was told the fees would never be waived for customers. I checked my original fee disclosure and the $9 service fee was not disclosed so I've opened a CFPB complaint and filed a complaint with the headquarters phone number in regard to the server level received.
