She asked for 3k in 10s and she said, “We cannot help you with that.” She told her that any large withdrawal must be scheduled a week ahead. She was looking to take out 7k in total. Zero customer service skills.

She’s never wanted to help my mother and she did not want to help me. I’ve been with chase for over 10 years. I opened this account as a back up bank. No thanks TD. I’ll stick with chase from now on.
