Kemble branch was immensely helpful yesterday in helping my college-aged son with banking needs associated with international study abroad. She cheerfully and efficiently answered our questions, processed his account transactions, and most importantly processed a credit card that will allow him to avoid foreign exchange fees (something we didn't even know existed when we walked in the door). Among the best service I've received in the more than 25 years I've been a member!

With several forms of ID, including a passport, I was refused due to a PO box address on my license. Worse than being denied the opportunity to cash the check, I was spoken to (and about) with distain and condescension. I would not recommend this bank to anyone solely based on the horrid service

When I go to other branches (only if i have to because i usually don't ) im disappointed. The service is never the same. So I'll drive 30 minutes to my team just to receive that top notch, over the top, above and beyond service!!
