If I could give the branch and him personally a 0 I would. When an ATM machine went down during a withdrawal I found myself in a very unpleasant situation where kinder voice, offer to help would have been more appreciated in a panic mode I was in. This man shouldn’t be in Costner service business but somewhere he would have to be none verbal with another human. The lack of empathy was heartbreaking. This incident will be filed also with Wells Fargo Corporate department. Hope this helps others if they encounter this individual and ask for someone else’s help at the branch.

And I have to answer your questions in front of other customers? Furthermore, Personal information is talked about out loud so no privacy protection.
