But my experience was waiting twenty minutes, and a manager waits on hold for my issue to be resolved.. at the same moment the manager is taking another call , the person comes on the line and says hello and immediately hangs up. At that point the manager tells me he will take my number.. and that the issue willl take five to seven business days to resolve.. I’m not sure why I sat waiting twenty minutes, when the issue would not be resolved.. immediately..
