As a Disabled Veteran and loyal Wells Fargo customer for 14 years, I was shocked to be racially profiled during my visit. I entered the branch to make a deposit, as I was far from my usual branch, and was treated with suspicion despite being the only customer present. The teller unnecessarily verified my check, made copies of my identification and check, and involved a manager, resulting in a 20-minute ordeal. I was informed that my check would be placed on hold for 7 days, which is concerning as my bills are scheduled for payment on the 28th. This is the first time I have experienced such discriminatory treatment, and I am deeply upset by this encounter.

I ended up there after closing time and getting my money anyway after she had to get help identifying my account.
