As a Disabled Veteran and loyal Wells Fargo customer for 14 years, I was shocked to be racially profiled during my visit. I entered the branch to make a deposit, as I was far from my usual branch, and was treated with suspicion despite being the only customer present. The teller unnecessarily verified my check, made copies of my identification and check, and involved a manager, resulting in a 20-minute ordeal. I was informed that my check would be placed on hold for 7 days, which is concerning as my bills are scheduled for payment on the 28th. This is the first time I have experienced such discriminatory treatment, and I am deeply upset by this encounter.

I ended up there after closing time and getting my money anyway after she had to get help identifying my account.

It will take us one minute to add the sheet of paper to our box which we have had since 1975. The bank person said someone from the bank would call us back to set up a time. We finally got a call from the bank at 12:00, an hour and a half later. The voice said we would have to wait until next week to get access to our box. WHY THE WAIT?????? This is ridiculous.

They also have decorations, all of which are antiques. If you are in the area and need to bank go inside instead of hitting the drive through worth the walk from the car.
