What a whole lot of unprofessional, unknowledgeable employees who will not let you speak to the person, department you need. I have spent over 3 hrs. on the phone with as many people, all telling me something different. Yet all saying they understand what I need, which is an escrow schedule now that I removed my homeowners from escrow. I asked for someone from that specific department and of course got a CSR who didn’t know JAck, and wanted me to provide her the information she should have had. UGHHHHH
