This banking institution is the worst ever. I am stuck with them because my mortgage company sold to them, so it is by default. NOT MY CHOOSING. What a whole lot of unprofessional, unknowledgeable employees who will not let you speak to the person, department you need. I have spent over 3 hrs. on the phone with as many people, all telling me something different. Yet all saying they understand what I need, which is an escrow schedule now that I removed my homeowners from escrow. I asked for someone from that specific department and of course got a CSR who didn’t know JAck, and wanted me to provide her the information she should have had. UGHHHHH

If you like customer service like I do, this branch is for you! In a matter of minutes, BB&T (Young Avenue branch) was able to provide me with the service I was looking for in just a matter of minutes. Galina and Anthony are phenomenal. I wasted 15yrs with another bank! 5stars + more!
