- MMMDec 20, 20251.0I used this location frequently, but will no longer be going here. Usually the tellers I get are very nice, but after this poor interaction frankly I am done with TD bank as it has completely gone downhill in terms of its services and now this. I drove up to the drive thru at 25 of 2 on Saturday. The lane I drove up to had a green light on. In fact, all of the lanes still had green lights on. As I went to push the button, the teller, a female with glasses, rudely told me that "sorry that lane isn't open". Absolutely unnecessary attitude from her. I simply stated back that the green light was on and she plays with her hair responding again with an attitude, "no there was no green light", so I left. She outright lied to me, I always make sure to go into a lane with a green light. The green light was definitely still on, she just didn't want to do her job. She should not be in a customer facing position if she is going to have a poor attitude towards people. I am done with the non existent customer service with this bank, it has become absolutely atrocious. I won't even get into the disaster this bank has been for my workplace, no one seems to know what they're doing. I don't trust my money with this bank anymore and it has finally resulted in me switching banks.

Very rude and very slow to recognize the next person in line. As if we are a burden to their day. Perhaps better management or an in office course on proper customer service for all employees could help.
