- NCNancy CormierJan 20, 20231.0We recently went into the TD Bank at 306 Marter Avenue, Moorestown, NJ to open a safe deposit box. We called for an appointment and was told it was not needed. Arriving at 9 am when they opened on a Saturday, we were seated by a c/s person quickly. It went downhill after that. This representative was rude, slow and consistently making excuses on why it was talking so long. What should have taken 15 minutes to complete took an hour and we missed our next appointment. The attitude of this person was unprofessional and discourteous.

Extremely friendly staff each time throughout the various days of the week. Transactions went smoothly and they always answered any questions with professionalism. This is the only td bank that I'll be going to in this area.
